Narrow Escape of the Day:The roof of a recently opened ice hockey rink in Namestovo, Slovakia collapsed under the weight of heavy snowas a group of youth hockey players were practicing with former NHL star Richard Zednik below.
Luckily, the players were able to take shelter in a part of the rink where the ceiling did not cave in, and thus were spared. There were no injuries reported.

Poor Zednik, he can’t catch a break! First he gets his carotid artery sliced open by his own teammate and then he’s trying to work with a few kids playing hockey and the roof collapses.
